The Mortgage Office - Genesis Import Assistant Installation

Welcome to The Mortgage Office™ / Genesis® Import Assistant Installation. The import assistant allows you to seamlessly import borrower and loan information from the Genesis system into the loan servicing module of The Mortgage Office™.

To install the import assistant software, CLICK HERE and then follow the instructions below.
  • The File Download window will be displayed.
  • Click on the Open button.
  • The Welcome window will be displayed.
  • Click on the Next button.
  • The Start Installation window will be displayed.
  • Click on the Next button.
  • The message "The Mortgage Office / Genesis Import Assistant has been successfully installed" will be displayed.
  • Click on the Finish button.

The following items are required to install and operate the Import Wizard:
  • A licensed copy of The Mortgage Office™ software. To acquire our software, please contact our sales staff by calling our toll-free number (800) 833-3343, or through our web site: Contact Us
  • A licensed copy of Genesis® software. If you do not have their software, please contact Ellie Mae / Genesis
  • Windows XP/2000/NT/ME/98
  • Administrator privileges. Windows XP, 2000 and NT require administrator privileges to install software.
