trigger the Collateralized Mortgage Obligations module to automatically and transparently
schedule notices to be printed and mailed to the corresponding certificate holders. You may
elect to print all or selected notices at any time.
Also, one powerful feature is that all notices are provided as Microsoft Word templates and
are completely customizable by the user.
