ABS offers free software updates to customers who are under our software
maintenance agreement. Software maintenance is available on all ABS products.
As a maintenance customer, you receive the following benefits:
- Telephone support via a toll-free 800 line
- Updates to the software at no charge
- Preferential rates on customization
Maintenance contracts are yearly, payable quarterly, in advance. Discounts
are available for customers who choose to prepay the full year.

Non-maintenance customers may purchase updates as they become available
for reduced prices. Contact ABS by email

include data conversion programs that transfer your existing data into the
newly required format.
