All open escrows can be viewed by either escrow number, starting with
the most current escrow, or in alphabetical order by short name. When
entering an escrow you can select to enter a completely new one, or
you can create an escrow from a template or from an existing escrow.
This becomes very convenient in cases where you have a lot of repeat
borrowers.
