we have designed The Mortgage Office ™ to be completely compatible with the
entire Microsoft Office Professional line. Our open architecture and our use of
Microsoft's Access Database (MDB) allows you to use your loan servicing data with
such products as Excel, Word and Access.

Disk Space Requirements
The Mortgage Office™ requires approximately 20MB of hard disc space for programs. The amount of disk space necessary for data varies according to the number of loans and historical information. As a rule-of-thumb, a servicing portfolio of 1,000 loans with several years of historical information and related file takes about 100MB.
