Web Publishing Central provides lenders and borrowers immediate access
to their account information. Lenders can view investment offerings,
their account portfolio, a history of checks received, information about
the loans they own, the total amount invested, the portfolio yield,
year-to-date figures, print online statements of account, and more.
Borrowers can view their current loan balance, unpaid late charges,
unpaid charges, year-to-date interest and principal paid, a history
of the payments they made on their loan and how these payments were
applied and print on-line statements.

The bottom of the page displays information about your company, and
may include contact information, as well as the your logo or other graphic.

Lenders can view all of the loans they own, along with pertinent information
about each loan. Throughout the system, clicking on any column title
sorts the information in that column in either ascending or descending
order.

Notice that each loan number in the Lender's Account Portfolio is underlined,
to show that there is a link to additional information. By clicking
on an account number, the site displays selected information about the
loan.

and a map to the securing property

The lender's site displays all checks issued to the lender for a selected
date range. The borrower's site displays payment history for the past
12 months.
