As you enter information into the Loan Servicing module, that data is
instantly available for publication to the Internet through Web Publishing
Central. Keep in mind, your company's computer system simply sends the
data to another secure server. Your system is never accessible to anyone,
thus eliminating any concerns over the security of your valuable information.
You select which lenders and borrowers you wish to publish, you assign
their PINs, you decide when and how often to publish the information,
and you determine whether or not to provide access to the sites free
of charge, or whether you are going to assess a fee for this convenience.
The actual data transmission can take anywhere from seconds to several
minutes, depending on the size of your database and the speed of your
Internet connection.
Once you subscribe to Web Publishing Central, your lenders and borrowers
can begin accessing their account information immediately.

All you need to do to publish an investment offering is fill in the
information about the loan and the property, and optionally insert a
photo. Photos can be in any format and size since preparing the image
for publication is handled by the system automatically. You can publish
Investment Offerings to the private site where they can be viewed by
your lenders only, or publish them to both the private and public site
where any lender can view your loan inventory. Publishing to the public
site allows you to come in contact with new lenders, thus expanding your
sources of funds.
